Administrator – Full time – Salary £22,308.00 to £26,325.00

 

We are a housing provider accommodating care leavers 16+ across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. We are in the process of registering with Ofsted and are currently implementing new systems and processes.

 

Alongside this we pilot new schemes and work with employers to design and develop care leaver jobs programs to complement our housing offer. The applicant must be able to prioritise tasks appropriately whilst maintaining and developing effective relationships with our partners.

 

Preferred criteria.

Experience with housing and employability programs, childrens social care and supported accommodation is desirable. Full UK driving license.

 

Duties;

  1. Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the office operations.
  2. Creating scheduled shifts with set tasks for support workers in advance.
  3. Monitoring inboxes and uploading relevant information to CRM systems.
  4. Update data on our CRM systems, keeping them up to date.
  5. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  6. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  7. Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they sign in and out.
  8. Organising and scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and care leavers
  9. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
  10. Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  11. Manage office calendars and coordinate meeting room and training hub bookings.
  12. Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

Skills.

  1. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  2. Proficient in computerised systems and software, including Outlook and Office
  3. Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  4. Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  7. Professional phone etiquette with excellent customer service skills
  8. Ability to type accurately at a moderate speed.
