
Terry Galloway, Managing Director of Norman Galloway Homes, has three Kickstart vacancies about to go live and is also operating as a Kickstart Gateway for a number of other employers with vacancies going live very soon.
The Kickstart vacancies include Social Media and Marketing roles, Lettings Administration, Maintenance and Cleaning (nicer than it might sound when you find out where!) and Production and Manufacturing. More Kickstart vacancies are also being worked on including Dog Walking which is expected to be very popular.
Terry is incredibly enthusiastic about making the Kickstart Scheme work for young people and is committed to ensuring that anyone placed with his own business or the employers he is working with, will gain comprehensive support throughout their Kickstart vacancy, helping to put them in a much stronger position for securing
long term employment in the future. Terry is hopeful that many of these Kickstart vacancies will develop into permanent employment opportunities too, and is actively supporting employers to help this happen.
Terry will be delivering an information session through Microsoft Teams on Wednesday 27th January to tell young people more about his company and his vision, about the employers he is working with and the Kickstart vacancies about to go live.
Terry wants to help young people see what the Kickstart Scheme can do for them, see the opportunities it will help open up for their future, see how they can improve their chances of securing a Kickstart vacancy and how to make the most of it once they’ve got it.
