Support for the young person whilst on Kick Start

What additional support for the young person would you be able to provide?

The government requires that every Kick Start placement has a package of support to help the young person develop. This needs to be evidenced and should be designed with the young person in mind. As part of our Gateway we provide the mandatory support.

The important point to note here is that this is the criteria that we as a Government Gateway must quality assure. We take this role very seriously and want to help businesses grow and develop, which is why we have developed a support program for the young people on the Kick Start and why we have teamed up with NBV to offer business support. If your organisation can't tick every box here. Please don't worry. We will get in touch and work with you so that you comply with the critera that the Government have set.
