You can also register your interest with your work coach at the job centre and they will help you to participate. This form is for those people that don't have a contact at the job centre or for support workers who want to sit in.

About how we use your information

The Mentoring Circle is being delivered in partnership with the Deparment for Work and Pensions. As part of Mentoring Circle, we will do all we can to link you up with others including businesses that can offer work experience, jobs and further training. We will also work with the DWP and other agencies to help young people achieve their dreams.
