We found that many of our residents worry about repairs and we want to make it easier for you to report them. We carry out very regular inspections and our support workers use our 24/7 reporting system so that our property manager gives each issue gets the right attention.

All our residents can also use this system to get the latest advice and easily report a repair or maintenance issue in your own language at any time.
