Introducing our role as a Gateway to the Kickstart Scheme

Norman Galloway Ltd are based in Nottingham and are supporting local businesses to access funding from the Government’s Kickstart Scheme to create jobs for unemployed young people. We are using the government’s Kickstart Scheme to change lives, sustain and grow business and support the transition of young people into a more just and sustainable future.

Create jobs

Jobs must be additional jobs and for a minimum of 25 hours per week over six months. There is an employment grant also available.

Access funding

Government funding is available to support wage and employment costs for the new job, we also help with recruitment.

Get support

We provide employability support through Access Training, helping the young person to progress in their career

Terry Galloway grew up in care and lived in over 100 places. His experiences and that of his family including his late sister Hazel Galloway is what drives our ambition for change.We bring all this experience to Kickstart.
