How we measure success
At Norman Galloway Homes, we believe in transparency and continuous improvement. To ensure we’re making a real, positive impact, we use an innovative tool called Berri (Behaviour, Emotional well-being, Risk to self and others, Relationships, and social Skills) to measure the progress and outcomes for the young people we support.
Berri is a reliable and effective system, specifically designed to assess and monitor the wellbeing of children and young people in the care system. The tool measures five key areas of young people’s lives: behaviour, emotional well-being, risk to self and others, relationships, and social skills.
By using Berri, we can identify specific needs, track changes over time, measure the effectiveness of our services, and ultimately ensure we’re providing the best support possible for our residents. Our commitment to data-driven care means we can continually adapt and improve, ensuring each young person receives the care and support they need to thrive.
