Diane Bialek - Chair


Experienced Property Developer and private landlord with a demonstrated history of working in the private rented sector. Skilled in; Negotiation, Sales, Management, Recruitment and Training. Strong real estate professional graduated from Nottingham Trent University. Diane, a qualified person-centered counsellor, has a genuine agenda to deliver better outcomes for the most vulnerable members of our communities and those furthest removed from the jobs market whilst preventing homelessness.
 
Diane has a particular passion for helping those who are suffering from or are survivors of domestic violence, as she knows from personal experience what this can feel like.
 
Diane is committed to giving something back to her community. Devoting valuable spare time for over 10 years as an Independent Appeals Panel Chair, in addition to being an Independent Custody Visitor with the Police and Crime Commissioners service.
 
Diane was the Chair of YMCA Nottingham and the Zone Youth Project Aspley, Marketing and Business Liaison, Nottingham City Council, East Midlands Electricity and Regional Manager of 40 stores and local business owner.

Terry Galloway - Managing Director


Terry sits on the Nottinghamshire County Council strategic partnership board for children in care and care leavers, and is an active campaigner working with local authorities to help them develop their ‘local offer’ and is particularly keen to promote work readiness and employment opportunities.
 
Care Experienced and Care Leaver Champion – Had a tough childhood living in over 100 places. Very experienced in meeting new people and chaos. Dreams of creating a housing and jobs model for the 10,000 care leavers that transition out of care each year.
Nottinghamshire County Council. Trustee of Become the children in care and care leavers charity and NYAS. And a business man, with 15 years’ experience in Market and 15 years in motor retail. Founder of #thebigconvoy and architect of the first Joint Local Offer for Care Leavers. Landlord and property investor. Founder and director of Norman Galloway Letting agency.

Suzanne Robinson - Director

Project Manager at DHL managing national projects. A graduate of Nottingham Trent University, creative and artistic. She has vast experience with her employer and was the social responsibility champion engaging with their transport network across the UK.
 
Suzanne is passionate about travel and has done treks up mountains in Vietnam and across glaziers in Iceland for the charity “When you wish upon a Star” She helped promote the Monmouth Raft Race across the DHL and Boots network and worked with the Teddy Trust to collect teddies for children across war zones
