Our Pay Structure: Commitment to Progression

To  demonstrate our commitment to professional growth, we have a clear and  transparent pay structure that rewards training, experience, and  responsibility.

Support Staff Pay Structure:

  • Band 1: £13.50/hour (Zero-hour contract, including holiday pay)
  • Band 2: £13.50/hour + holiday pay (Full-time, 37.5 hours/week)
  • Band 3: £26,325/year + holiday pay (Full-time, 37.5 hours/week; Entry level with Level 4 training/apprenticeship enrolment)
  • Band 4: £30,000/year + holiday pay (Full-time, 37.5 hours/week; Experienced, Level 4 qualified or equivalent)
  • Band 5: £33,500/year + holiday pay (Full-time, 35 hours/week; Senior staff, enrolled or completed Level 5 after probation)
  • Band 6: £37,877/year + holiday pay (Full-time, 37.5 hours/week; Deputy role, enrolled in Level 5 after probation)
  • Band 7: £45,000/year (Full-time, 37.5 hours/week; RSM, enrolled in Level 6 after probation)
