Care Leaver Drop in Service

At Norman Galloway Homes, we understand that care leavers require continuous support and guidance. To ensure we are always available for them, we offer a Drop-In Service at our head office every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,  Thursday and Friday from 1pm to 4pm. This is a safe space for care leavers to raise concerns, seek advice, and receive the assistance they need.

Emergencies, appropriate adult and advocacy

In cases of emergencies, or where an appropriate adult is required our dedicated staff are available around the clock to respond swiftly and effectively. This level of support not only helps ensure our residents’ comfort and safety, but it also contributes to building their confidence in managing their own living spaces and knowing they are well supported.
